Why to revise before grading..

I feel that the Genetics class would benefit from a pre-revision of the lab before it is graded, because it would help the students who have not taken a class from you to understand exactly what you are looking for in a lab and how you grade. Many teachers grade differently, and on an assignment as heavy as this on the grading scale I feel it necessary to put everyone on the same playing field. Another reason why you should look over our LR1 then give it back to us to revise and resubmit because it is a great teaching method. By using this technique on the first Lab, it will better prepare your students for future labs, since there are several more. Your students would also, of course, love the chance to go for a better grade and do the best we can to succeed in this class.
