I found this full text from the Journal of Bacteriology. The title of the article is Simple Agarose Gel Electrophoretic Method for the Identification and Characterization of Plasmid Deoxyribonucleic Acid. It mentions the restriction enzymes EcoRI and also E. coli K-12. My problem is that I don't know how or if I even could incorporate this into the lab report one. Maybe it would help with lab report 2? I'm not sure.. could someone help???
