Lab 3 Notes 3/24/09

Steps:
1.) Pour gels(same as the one's in DNA fingerprinting expt.), except 5mL of Ethidium Bromide will be added to each flask before pouring.
2.) Add 5mL of loading dye to each tube.
3.) Add 20mL of PCR products to each labeled tube.
4.) Load the 25mL from each tube into the wells. (5 tubes)
